Great job: Tech arrived on time, explained what was needed and gave us a final report all very efficient

It's tough to find good service today, people complain about the younger workforce not really caring. Kaden and Cane have been to our house a few times on our maintenance plan and I can't say enough good things about these two young men, professional, well spoken, solid customer service all the way around.

Luna serviced my 30 year old septic system. I was afraid I would be pressured to invest in a new expensive replacement. That did not happen. My old septic was serviced and no surprise charges were added. The tech was prompt, polite, informative and efficient even in extreme heat.

Luna has been great! My septic inspection appointments are scheduled already, so when it's time, I'll get a text. I don't even have to be home! They show up, do their thing, then send me the report. No problems so far, but if there ever are, I know things will get taken care of.

Luna took over the maintenance of our septic system a couple of years ago. We have had a couple of issues with parts failing on a regular basis and Luna replaces the parts under warranty with no problem. They have great communication and provide comprehensive inspection reports.

They are great as service providers. Under the maintenance warranty I have, they come and do the inspection, any adjustment or fixes. Not necessary for someone to be available, communication is by phone call or text.

The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He had the line to my septic tank diagnosed and unclogged quickly!

Luna does a wonderful job maintaining my septic system. They have very good technicians that know their craft.

I had a problem with my aerator and they were out quickly to get me fixed up. Nothing but praise for them!

I had my maintenance performed today by Dane and he explained what was wrong with my system (air pump). Changed it out in no time. Total professional and gave it to me straight.
