SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 7th, 2025

This SMS Terms & Conditions page outlines how Luna Environmental communicates with you via text message (SMS) and your rights and responsibilities in connection with these communications. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Luna Environmental LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

1. Consent to SMS Communication

When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from a web form or other medium, you consent to receive SMS communications from Luna Environmental LLC. Mobile opt-in data, and SMS consent is NOT shared with third parties. 

2. Types of Messages You May Receive

Depending on your interaction with Luna Environmental, you may receive the following types of messages for customer care: 

  • Appointment notifications & Scheduling reminders
  • Billing inquiries/notifications
  • Post-appointment follow-ups messages
  • Customer support updates

Example: 
“Your appointment with Luna Environmental LLC has been scheduled for Monday May 26, 2025 1:00PM at 100 State Street, Austin, TX 73301. To make any changes please call 855-560-9909. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from Luna Environmental LLC.” 

3. Message Frequency

The number of SMS messages you receive may vary based on the type of communication. On average, you may receive up to 1 message per week  regarding appointments, billing, or account updates, but never more than 5 messages per week on average. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any messages you receive from us; see section 6 below for more details.

4. Messaging Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. These charges are your responsibility. Fees may vary for domestic vs. international messaging. 

5. Opting In

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Luna Environmental LLC. Your personal information is used to provide our services and products only. Your personal information is never shared with others outside Luna Environmental LLC.

6. How to Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time via any of the following methods: 

  • Reply STOP  to any SMS message you receive from us.
  • Call us at 855-560-9909 to request removal
  • Email us at howdy@lunaenvironmental.com to request removal

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Luna Environmental LLC unless you re-subscribe.
